By using tryborgsites.com or requesting a free preview, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. The free preview

• This page offers a free, no-obligation preview of a website for your business. It is a request for a demonstration, not a purchase or a contract, and nothing is charged.
• A preview is a sample to help you decide. It does not transfer any ownership, and it does not commit you or us to anything.
• We may decline or limit preview requests at our discretion, for example in the case of spam or abuse.

3. If you become a client

If you decide to go ahead, our paid services (design builds, Hosting & Care plans, add-ons and domains) are provided by Borg Sites and governed by the full Borg Sites Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Those cover billing, renewal, cancellation and ownership in full, and we will confirm the scope and price of any work in writing before we begin.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information, and only submit materials you own or have permission to use.
• Use this site only for lawful purposes.

5. Who owns what

This site, its content, and our templates, tools and any preview we create remain the property of Borg Sites, unless and until you buy a build and pay for it in full. At that point you own the final delivered site and its custom visuals, as set out in the full terms at borgsites.com/terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, send spam, or upload anything harmful.

7. Availability and disclaimers

We are a small studio. This site and any free preview are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law, and we do not guarantee any particular result or amount of business.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Borg Sites is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from this site or a free preview. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
