1. Who we are

This site, tryborgsites.com, is operated by Borg Sites, a TSYBORG company. Borg Sites designs, builds, hosts and handles websites for small businesses. This page exists so you can request a free, no-obligation preview of a new website.

2. What we collect

• What you send us in the free-preview form: your name, business name, email, phone (optional), your current website if you have one, and anything you choose to tell us about what you would like. That is all we ask for.
• Basic technical data. This site runs on Cloudflare, which records data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, to keep the site fast and secure.
• Cookies. We use only strictly functional cookies and browser storage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We do not take or process any payment on this site.

3. How we use it

• to prepare your free preview,
• to reply to you and follow up about that preview, and
• nothing else. Submitting the form does not add you to a mailing list.

If we reached out to you first, you can opt out at any time and we will stop right away. Every message we send includes a simple way to say "no thanks", and we honor it immediately. Just reply, or email [email protected].

4. Who we share it with

We share your information only with the providers who help us run this site, and only as far as they need it: Cloudflare for hosting and security, and Resend for delivering our email. We never sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we disclose it only if the law requires it.

5. Data retention

We keep your details only as long as we need them to prepare your preview and follow up, plus anything the law requires. Ask us and we will delete them sooner.

6. How we protect it

Your information travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS and TLS) and sits behind Cloudflare's global edge, with SSL, DDoS protection and bot filtering. No system is perfectly secure, but we take sensible, industry-standard steps to protect it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Just email [email protected] or [email protected] and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will do our best to honor them.

8. Children

This is a business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, or under 16 where that is the local minimum age.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
